CureCervicalCancer (CCC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the early detection and prevention of cervical cancer around the globe for the women who need it most.

Project support request:  Funding expertise, scaling strategy

We seek assistance to strengthen our fundraising strategy by targeting likely donors (corporate, foundation, and individual). Developing a cultivation plan that will yield the funding, we need to scale our efforts globally and reach as many under-resourced patient populations as possible. We are also seeking assistance to grow and diversify our Board of Directors to lead our strategic vision into the future.

Current Status and project goals:

CureCervicalCancer stops cervical cancer before it starts through an innovative and community-driven model, including facility-based service delivery, community outreach/education, and local/national advocacy. We have established 100 sustainable screening/treatment clinics in 9 different countries, including Ethiopia, Guatemala, Haiti, Kenya, Nigeria, Lebanon, China, Tanzania, and Vietnam. Our “Clinic in a Suitcase” model has proven that communities can utilize low-tech solutions to prevent cervical cancer. To eliminate cervical cancer globally, we must scale our impact. Our next goal is to launch the first-ever HPV (human papillomavirus) testing and mobile treatment clinic and demonstrate it as a cost-effective, high-impact, and scale-able model.
